Al’s supercenter has been a godsend. I ran all over Killeen looking for a mower gasket ended up there and lo and behold. He had what I needed. Amazing customer service would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

They are friendly and have great customer service as well as being very helpful. Their services are not overly priced but affordable. They do a thorough inspection and gets prior approval and pricing. You'll be kept updated on what needs to be done and on the work that's being done on your vehicle. They'll also have your vehicle repaired in a timely manner and not just sitting there waiting days for parts.

I made a huge mistake back in February, thankfully in my driveway. My first and last. I had to have an Intoxalock installed. After almost 4 months without my car being functional and multiple tows to other places because my Intoxalock had shut down my car after getting auto repairs. Adam, whom spent at least over two hours checking it hour including an hour in the phone with the Intoxalock company! He fixed it and I cannot express enough gratitude!!! No one else had been able to find a solution to the problem, but Adam did! THANK YOU!!! Also thank you to Dee Dee for helping me understand more about the process of when you get the system installed and giving me supporting documents. Gene you have a very wonderful place and everyone was friendly and professional. I will never go to any other auto repair center! I thank you! I am overwhelmed with joy and much gratitude!

I had an outstanding experience at Al’s Super Center, thanks to Adam and Jasmine. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with genuine care and respect—more like family than just another customer. Their professionalism and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. The work done on my truck exceeded all expectations. The quality was top-tier, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. It’s not easy to find a place you can truly trust with your vehicle, but I can confidently say I’ve found that here. I’ll absolutely be returning for all of my future mechanical needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service.

This is an affordable mechanic shop that can be trusted. Family owned business that treats you like family. After going to two shops to get a signal light replaced that wanted to charge me over $200 and $100 for the other. The quote was half of that price at Al’s and it only took them about 20 minutes to do it.
